General terms and conditions governing the design, manufacturing, and supply of security printing products by Suzhou Genuine Technology Co., Ltd.

Scope of Cooperation

These terms apply to all custom manufacturing services provided by Suzhou Genuine Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Supplier") to the purchasing entity (hereinafter referred to as "The Client").

  • Service Nature: We provide B2B custom security printing solutions, including but not limited to security paper, ID cards, holograms, and certificates.
  • Authorization: The Client must provide valid authorization documents (e.g., Power of Attorney, Business License) proving they have the right to order the requested security documents. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse orders that violate anti-counterfeit laws.

Order Rules & Payment

Standard Terms

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Subject to product type (e.g., 1,000 pcs for Cards)
Payment Method T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union

2.1 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposit: 30% - 50% advance payment is required to initiate production.
  • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

2.2 Lead Time

Production time typically ranges from 7 to 20 working days after design approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

Customization & Tooling

Sample Policy

Pre-production Samples: A sampling fee applies for custom physical proofs. This fee may be refundable or deductible from the bulk order amount if the order quantity exceeds a specified threshold (e.g., 50,000 pcs).

Molds & Plates

Ownership: Custom molds (e.g., Hologram masters, embossing plates) remain in the custody of The Supplier for 2 years to facilitate re-orders. The Client owns the intellectual property of the design.

* The Client assumes full responsibility for the copyright and legality of all logos, texts, and images provided for printing. The Supplier is indemnified against any IP infringement claims.

Quality Assurance

We adhere to strict ISO-compliant quality control processes. Our commitment to quality includes:

  • Visual Inspection: Every batch undergoes visual checks for color accuracy, holographic brightness, and cutting precision.
  • Functionality Test: For smart cards (RFID/NFC), chips are tested for readability and encoding capability.
Claims Period: The Client must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Any claims regarding quantity shortages or quality defects must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within this period.

Liability & Disputes

5.1 Force Majeure: The Supplier is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, or government restrictions.

5.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou, China, where the Supplier is located.

5.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
